Pension legislation in Canada and particularly in Greece and Cyprus has changed significantly. People are sometimes completely unaware that they may be eligible for pensions in either or all 3 countries, given bilateral taxation and pension agreements.

Some pensions are contribution based, while others are residency based. Critical elements are overlooked by applicants that would otherwise qualify them for pensions, or for higher amounts had they been aware of such items.

We ensure that the maximum legal amounts are paid to the pensioner, or even assist the pensioner in reinstating a pension that may have been stopped by the respective governing body (ex: OAS, QPP/CPP, IKA, OGA, etc).
